A trick a race mechanic showed me.

Place a medium sized screwdriver into one of the exposed sprocket teeth holes on the wheel end. Roll the chain around. As the chain and driver meet the chain will tighten. This pulls the end stops hard against the end of the swing-arm and also physically stops you over tightening the chain. Tighten the axle nut, rotate wheel back and slip out the driver.

If the chain is too tight or loose then experiment with drivers of differing diameters. When you find the right one hang onto it forever for quick and easy chain slack measuring.

This is going to be the final home, we promise.

This is the best overall solution to ensure the success of rideny and bring it back to the old days. Forums are an interesting niche now days, and this partnership aiming at the larger audience is really the best solution.

Ride-ny.com will lead directly to this subsection and most of the things will remain as you're used to including the skin.

You'll just have to recreate your account one final time and repost/recreate anything you've had on the earlier reiteration one more time. Those threads had to be left behind.

Let us know what you think!

I'm a service advisor at a Porsche dealership here in NC. We have a surprisingly diverse range of clientele on the service side compared with sales. There's not too too many assholes or anything like that, just different personality types that Porsche sent me off to training to learn to cope with and manage. If you can adapt to them, you won't deal with assholes for long. It's stressful most of the time because it's a boatload of multi-tasking, but I enjoy it overall. The perks are pretty awesome, such as training and launch events. For Brand Ambassador training, which I completed last month, they sent me to Atlanta to stay in the Four Seasons for a week and essentially learn what the average Porsche customer is accustomed to as far as treatment and service go. I leave Sunday for another training event that puts me in the same hotel, but it's for the new 718 Boxster launch. I'll be driving the cars on track and on street so it should be fun.
There are downsides, too. I work at least 50hrs a week, up to 60-62hrs. And the occasional jerk I have to deal with. And the occasional jerk technician I have to deal with.

Made it official yesterday. Picked the bike up right at closing at Seymour's. I think I did great on price and I had a great experience there. I would definitely go back in the future for another purchase like this.

I've wanted a brand new sport bike since I was about ten years old. My dad used to take me with him to the dealer when he needed parts and I'd sit on all of the new bikes wishing I was old enough to have one. In high school when I was 14-15 I had a snapple bottle that I stuffed ones and my change into to save money to buy a new bike when I graduated. That never happened unfortunately, but I finally made it a reality yesterday.

Riding something with no zip ties, nothing broken, nothing rattling, no nonsense 100% mint condition is amazing. Riding this the last two days has been a dream.

    Who's ready to ride?!

Just wanted to share all the mods I have done to the R1 since I have owned it. I bought it back in 2011 from the original owner with barely 3,000 miles on it. All very easy babied city riding. He had a few basic mods like a two brothers exhaust and flushmounts. Then I started tearing into piece by piece! :) There are a few more things I'd like to get for it like an Ohlins rear shock. Maybe upgrade brakes a bit?

$15 will really only affect the tiny mom and pop businesses. Places that are currently only turning $30,000 profit or less in a year. It will make it tougher for new businesses to open as well but this could be good as it will weed out some of the over night junk that seems to pop up lately and have horrible service or products.
The problem is the fact that its just going to drive inflation and not actually help anything. People making $15 hr now, probably aren't going to get raises equal to the increase in minimum wage and so now a greater number of people will struggle.

Because inflation more people will have to take on second jobs but businesses will be cutting those jobs. Part time labor will become harder to obtain because pt employees are usually never trained as well or as experienced as full time. All these people thinking $15 hr will be the answer and mean they can survive it will only be an adjustment in numbers. Making more money means nothing when everything costs more. and you end up not "qualified" for a entry level basic basic job. Can you imagine a world where Mcdonald's wants experience to flip burgers, restaurants want experience to wash dishes, landscaping companies want degrees in soil, botany and architecture to mow lawns.

Way to completely fuck up the title of the thread. It should read "Odds of Trump losing at 85.5%"

that means something completely different than "projected to lose by 85.%5" but hey its America and clearly we don't fucking care if the shit we spew is remotely accurate. Most people won't know the difference anyway.

I bought the 180 for a 6" rim on Honda 1000RR mostly out of curiosity. Normally the 180 is stock size for a 5.5" rim but it works on 6" rim. The 1000RR with 190/50/17 felt like a slug compared to the GSXR750 so maybe 180 would help. Later on I noticed that someone had put a 120/60/17 on the front of the 1000 so that 190/50 120/60 combo probably slowed the handling.

If it turns out that the 180 sucks on the 1000 for any reason I could put it on the GSXR750 5.5" rim instead. Next time I will try the 190/55/17 on the 6" rim and I am curious about the actual weight difference. From what I found online the 180/55 is about 1.25LBs lighter, 10-12%.

I play it w/ my wife. No problem admitting that. It's gotten me out of the house and walking, which anyone who knows me knows I need that. I walk probably 3 miles or so after I get out of work each night.

A big thing for all of the people hating on the game that bothers me is that they're criticizing the game for getting kids out of the house, interacting with one another. It's done more for childhood obesity in two weeks than Michelle Obama has done in eight years. All it took was putting a fun aspect to doing pretty minimal physical activity.
